IKF World and Euro Champion Carla Jessup prepares for title defense @ Tiger Muay Thai

Carla Jessup, IKF World and European Champion (13-4) spent the last 1+ month preparing for her world title defense on November 29, 2009 @ TMT. Carla’s home gym is TKO Kickboxing in Kent, U.K.

This is what Carla had to say about her stay and training @ TMT:
“I know I was a quiet one out there I just didn’t want to seem like I was boasting about my kick-boxing as everyone was so amazing out there in Tiger Muay Thai. It is so different to kick-boxing. Tiger Muay Thai has taught me so much and I’ve never felt this fit and strong!
I Think I’ve definitely developed as a fighter thanks to everyone at Tiger Muay Thai and had the best experience of my life out there. I’m so gutted to be back in the UK
I’ll definitely be returning next year for training and hopefully fight for Tiger!! Everyone back here at TKO kickboxing wants to come out next year so I’m gonna try get a group of us to come out together ”
