Hello, my name is Jay Rodriguez AKA “La Cobra”…I was actually baptized with that nickname by the guys at tiger.

There’s a lot I want to say about my experience at Tiger Muay Thai & MMA Camp. I was there from Feb 26-May 1st 2010. First of all I want to start by saying Tiger Muay Thai and MMA  is one of the finest and most professional camps I’ve ever trained in, and I’ve trained in Brazil, Europe, USA, and Mexico. I was overall very pleased with what I got out of Tiger Muay Thai, definitely got my money’s worth. The MMA with Victor, Muay Thai with Moo, Body Fit with Randy, Peter in the weight room, all top caliber trainers.

But someone that I never thought could actually have such a big impact and influence on how this camp is ran is Debbie from the meal bar. Not only did she make sure you got all your right meals and protein shakes all day, 7 days a week, she somehow managed to do all that as well as looking out for the health and well being of everybody that set foot on that camp……”
